Ummmm, excuse me, I think I have an ear infection, could you get me some medicine please?

Oh, you're not in heat, not ready to breed, this I know.

I hate to be a bother, but my ears REALLY hurt, could you take me to the Vet please?

Oh, you are OFA Excellent and on your last heat you were bred, this I know.

Excuse me, it's just me again, I really have some pain that is hurting my back, my ears are bleeding now, I have stopped eating to help you see I need to see a Vet, PLEASE?

Oh, you must be getting ready to come into heat, you are not eating well, who will I breed you to? This I know.

Well, I have tried to let you know I am not feeling too well, I have looked sadly into your face, I have slowly limped past you on my way out of my crate, I am unable to cry louder, I shall just endure my fate. Maybe if I get thin enough, I have lost 30% of my weight now, I will get to see the Vet.

Oh my gosh, I must get to the Specialty, how much will this cost, everything must be perfect, this I know.

Marti slipped away today…… what took her precious life?
